How to Install imview software package in Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus)

imview software package provides Image viewing and analysis application, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install imview

imview is installed in your system.

Make ensure the imview package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep imview *

You will get with imview package name, version, architecture and description in a table
